Welcome to THE KNAST. These General Terms and Conditions set out the basis for using our website and enjoying the experiences and services we offer.

§ 1 Scope of Application

§ 1 Scope of Application

(2) The version of these GTC valid at the time the contract is concluded shall apply. Any terms and conditions of the Buyer that deviate from or conflict with these GTC shall not be recognized unless THE KNAST has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

§ 2 Format of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to the Buyer to submit an offer.

(2) By clicking the “Buy Now” or “Place Order” button, the Buyer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products. Acceptance of the offer takes place through a separate order confirmation sent by email or by the execution of the order.

(3) The language of the contract is German.

3.1 Validity Period

Gift vouchers purchased through THE KNAST online shop may be redeemed within the statutory limitation period of three years in accordance with Section 195 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The limitation period begins at the end of the calendar year in which the voucher was purchased. Any unused voucher balance expires once the statutory limitation period has elapsed.

3.2 Redemption Conditions

THE KNAST gift vouchers may be redeemed for the following services:

Cash payment of the voucher value or any remaining balance is excluded. Gift vouchers are non-transferable unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

3.5 Lost Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are delivered digitally by email after purchase. THE KNAST recommends saving or printing the voucher. If you lose your voucher, please contact us at info@theknast.de, stating your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

THE KNAST may reissue the voucher provided that the identity of the original purchaser can be clearly verified. There is no legal entitlement to a replacement if the voucher has already been redeemed or if proof of purchase cannot be provided. THE KNAST accepts no liability for misuse by third parties.

If you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact us by email at info@theknast.de. THE KNAST does not provide any additional voluntary warranty beyond the statutory provisions.
