This month, we are offering two curated tasting menus alongside our weekday “Delicts of the Day.”

“Fuchs & Hase” are the latest additions to THE KNAST, running the bar from Wednesday to Saturday. On June 13, our bar is reserved for a private event.

Located at Soehtstr. 7, the former prison blends historic character with a unique concept centered around gastronomy, art and culture.

Our restaurant, located in the administrative wing of the former prison, welcomes adults from Tuesday to Saturday, between 5 PM and 11 PM.

We serve two curated tasting menus featuring creative starters, mains, and desserts — familiar flavors reimagined in surprising and refined ways. Complementing the experience is a curated selection of wines and thoughtfully paired non-alcoholic beverages.

Through special dinner formats and ever-evolving ideas, we create evenings centered around indulgence.

Reservations apply to the restaurant only, not the bar.
